She has also been involved in Commercial Real Estate Investment & Management, as well as Wholesale precious Gems & Jewelry industry. Palvi holds a B.S in Computer Science and MBA from Rutgers.

From there she ran marketing for Big Fish Games, where she created the division that was pivotal in going from PC to mobile, eventually leading to its first acquisition. She has worked for various startups including Crowd Cow, a Series A startup connecting consumers to local farms and ranches, where she developed the marketing org and led the rebrand of the company, created the wholesale division, led several panels making it a leader in the food transparency movement. In addition to Crowd Cow, Kathryn served as the President for frank green, an Australian based reusable cup where she created the North American division.
As the VP of Marketing for Atone, Kathryn is excited about bringing holistic resources and education for overall safety utilizing exclusive technology, essentially upleveling access to personal security in a way never done before. This follows suit with Kathryn's passion about making the world a better place inclusive of all people. Kathryn holds a BA from Elon University.
He is an expert mechanical systems designer with a passion for connected products. He has vast experience in 3D printing and various manufacturing processes. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
Being raised by a family of carpenters and craftsmen, he learned every tool demands respect and skill. He enjoys being able to create things that improve his family and friends' lifestyle. Whether that entails home improvement projects, organizing game nights, or planning a trip to a new city, he's willing to put in the time and effort.

Aravind built instrumentation for two space programs, worked on the world’s most powerful extreme ultraviolet lasers, formulated go to market strategies, launched products, conducted M&A due diligence, managed post merger integrations and executed operational turnarounds for Fortune 500 companies. Aravind joined the executive team as AEye as VP of Product at AEye where at various times he led competitive intelligence, product management, software & led the vision for AI perception- AEye recently publicly listed for a $1.5B IPO (LIDR). Aravind is currently the Head of Products at Sense Photonics which is in the process of being acquired by Ouster (OUST).
Aravind has been an advisor to several high tech startup CEOs across virtual reality, connected health & IoT, autonomous driving and flying/ eVTOL cars. Aravind holds Master's degrees in Space Science from Florida Tech and in System Design and Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been up in zero gravity on a KC 135 aircraft, is an amateur astronomer and classical musician.
He is an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader with experience in customer development and relationships, operations and growing teams in fast growth industries.
In his most recent role as Group Vice President of the Benchmark Electronics Precision Technologies Group, he had operational responsibility and overall customer ownership for all PT locations in the US, Malaysia and Mexico. In addition to ongoing responsibility for execution and global customer engagement, he had ownership of the PT Group overall strategy including technology roadmaps, customer alignment and site missions. The result of this was revenue growth in the very demanding SemiCap industry and the highest profit margin within the company.
Prior to Benchmark, Bob was President and CEO of OVISO Manufacturing, Vice President of ESCO Integrated Manufacturing Group and Primary owner and President of ISYS Manufacturing. During his tenures at these companies - he led acquisitions, integration of competitors, and development of a green-field site in Mexico. His education includes a BSME from Cal Poly and MBA graduate studies at Golden Gate University.
He is the Founder of Future Shock Ventures, a Los Angeles-based digital marketing consultancy specializing in solving hard marketing and customer acquisition problems. Over the past 15+ years Vince has helped both Startups and large corporations such as Disney in their marketing efforts. He has extensive experience in growth strategies, paid digital, product, and brand marketing for gaming, mobile, subscription, education, entertainment, ticketing, and pop culture products. Vince currently is Head of Mobile and F2P Marketing at 2K. In addition to Marketing, he is an accomplished Investor. Vince holds a BA in communications, MA in Communications and MBA from USC.

His core expertise is in the material selection, technology assessment, process selection and optimization with focus on high volume manufacturability. He has been instrumental in launching numerous platforms of products for renowned Medical Device Companies such as Medtronic, Guidant, and Dexcom.
